
I discovered yoga over ten years ago while living in NYC. I was a few years into my journey as a life coach and mental health clinician and starting to feel burnt out and overwhelmed. I was learning so much about myself but didn’t know how to process all of that information and integrate it within my body. Yoga helped me create a safe space within so that I could turn knowledge into wisdom and intellectualized self exploration into true embodiment.
After a decade’s worth of personal practice, I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Jan of 2024 and am excited to serve and witness.
My approach to yoga is rooted in my background as a mindset coach and practicing Buddhist. My goal for each class is to create awareness in the mind, body and emotions so that they are in alignment and flow.
I am also an artist, wife and mother of two.
