transitions to transformation
Adversity is a terrible thing to waste. There are hidden gems in this season — let's find them together and step into a stronger, wiser, more authentic you.
MY Approach
I spent over a decade in the life coaching space helping women get clear on their goals and design measurable steps to achieve them. When obstacles came up, we were quick and efficient — identify, remove, move on.
But over time, I felt something missing. A quieter call. Presence.
Because how do we know where we're going if we can't be with where we are?
I began weaving the mindfulness practices that I’ve been quietly cultivating for years (as a Buddhist, Reiki Master and Yoga teacher) into the traditional life coaching model — now, instead of running towards something we were transforming, instead of rejecting parts of ourselves we were learning how to love again. Together we hold space for what is, for what's arising in the moment, and through that — we listen…for what it's trying to tell us about who we are and who we're becoming.
"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field. I'll meet you there." — Rumi
WISE action, INTENTIONAL presence.
"The present moment is the only moment available to us, and it is the door to all moments." — Thich Nhat Hanh

“I worked with Tina for about six years, and to put it simply, she changed my life. I had done traditional therapy and worked with doctors of all kinds to get a handle on my depression and anxiety. It wasn't until I met Tina that life started to make sense.
I was able to think about the problems at hand more logically, navigate my life with a fresh perspective, and everyone around me noticed a shift in my communication and confidence. Tina was a constant and dependable ally, and I still think about her lessons and teachings so many years later.
If someone is looking for guidance, a sound, firm, and confident voice, or someone to snap them out of a rut, Tina is the answer.”
